About Aporup Kreation
Aporup Kreation is dedicated to bringing Indian art onto a contemporary platform where tradition meets innovative designs, while being deep rooted in the essence of it.
It is an art store based in Bangalore, India, a modest beginning with an effort to create unique, hand made, elegant home decor and gifting ideas with Indian traditional culture and art as it’s base of all creations. The idea is to incorporate Indian art into every new creation that I conceptualize keeping innovation as the key in mind, also drawing inspiration from nature.
My effort and objective:
When you buy my product, it must satisfy you with a feeling of proud possession of an unique piece of art which will age like a valued, rare collectible.
Every item is painstakingly handmade, hand carved and hand painted and hence the uniqueness. While survival in the art world is difficult, fortunately many people today appreciate handmade products with a touch of traditional art over commercially, bulk produced ones. My creation and effort is for this niche customer base. Nothing brings more joy than to see the admiration and smile on my client’s face.

Art and craft has always been my reason to live. After 14 years in the corporate world, I decided to quit and start over as a full time artist. It was always a clear thought in my head that I wanted to create my own art work and establish my own product line of artistic crafts.
While am fortunate to have had an exposure to painting in different mediums from an early childhood, my unique education system at Sri Aurobindo International Center of Education, Pondicherry, enabled me to pursue my avid interest in painting during my formative years. This established my base in art.
Once I had the time and opportunity, I started experimenting in creating different kinds of hand painted, hand made products which further helped in my learning curve.
Am fortunate to have found support in my family, especially, Anant, my better half, without whose support my journey in art would not have been possible. His fiercely honest opinion on my work pushes me to constantly strive to better my craft.
When am not painting, am a hands on mom to my four legged furry baby at home and I enjoy feeding and caring for the street puppies in my area. Having trained in Hindustani classical music and Indian classical dance I enjoy listening to Indian classical music. It’s something that inspires me in my art work..
While am still exploring and learning new forms of art, my aim is to incorporate more art forms from across India, into my products and keep creating newer range of products to add more esthetic value to your beautiful homes at an approachable price range.
